The MICROORC webinar series continues with a new session exploring how research can support evidence-based policymaking in the European Union.
Our next webinar, “From Evidence to Impact: Positioning Research Findings within the EU Regulatory Landscape,” will be delivered by Dr. Dr. Ákos Jóźwiak, Chair of the EFSA Advisory Group on Data.
The session will focus on how scientific findings generated by research projects—particularly biosolutions such as food fermentates and microbial cultures—can be effectively translated into policy development and communicated to key European institutions, including the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and the European Commission (EC).
As part of MICROORC’s ongoing webinar series, this event builds on the discussions initiated during the recent Smart Labels webinar and contributes to the project’s activities under Task 7.5 – Dialogue with Policymakers. Participants will gain valuable insights into the EU regulatory landscape and discuss practical approaches for increasing the policy impact of research outcomes.
