Aira Joy Aquino from the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest (UVMB) will present MICROORC at the 5th FoodConf (Conference on Food Science Technology and Innovation).
The upcoming conference, held in Budapest, Hungary on November 20–21, will bring together delegates from around the world to exchange fresh ideas, share experiences, and foster new business and research partnerships. This event will highlight key topics such as the links between nutrition and health, consumer behavior, product and technology development, digitalisation, AI, biotechnology, sustainable production systems, food waste and by-product management, and innovations shaping the future of food.
Our colleague will present the Hungarian data from the chicken microbiological and sensory analyses, as well as the consumer survey.
