In the work towards consumer driven date mark labelling, MICROORC will link consumer acceptance to microbiome and sensory profile in three countries – Norway, Portugal and Hungary. Establishing semi-trained sensory panels is a crucial part of this and in April we gathered for training and sharing results at the Catholic University of Porto.
