The 38th EFFoST International Conference 2024 will be hosted by KU Leuven and UGent and will be held in the city of Bruges, Belgium from 12-14 November 2024. The conference strives to contribute to the overarching objective of generating sufficient, safe, nutritious and sustainable food with high consumer acceptance, for all individuals worldwide in line with the ‘one health’ concept as defined by the World Health Organization (WHO).
